Holotype: 1 female (slide) Canada. Northwest Territories, 20 miles [about 30 km] south of Inuvik, [about 200 m from the highway (on the west side) on dolomite outcrop about 370 m above sea level, (63o10’N, 133o28’W)], Dryas on pararendzina, soil sample, C–383, 5.vii.1975, J. Rusek (CNC 338062 C–383). Paratype: 1 (slide), same collection as holotype, but [from a stony, dark brown, moist, 1–3 cm deep protorendzina, open plant community, lichens and mosses dominated, soil sample] (CNC 338063, C– 382).
