Holotype: 1 (slide) U.S.A. Alaska, Juneau, near Mendelhall Glac[ier], 900 m, thick, fluffy bark on old hemlock, 14.vii.1980, 27/80, A. Fjellberg. (CNC 165052, Type No. 22395). Paratypes: 3 (2 slides), same collection as holotype (CNC 165093–165094).
