Type locality: Australia.

Additional distribution: Introduced in Mexico, New Zealand, USA ( Hodkinson 1991b; Halbert et al. 2001).

Host plant: Eucalyptus spathulata , E. lehmannii , E. globulus , E. spathulata , E. sideroxylon , E. polyanthemos .

Remarks: First recorded in California in 1983 ( Gill 1985).
