Oiceoptoma thoracicum ( Linnaeus, 1758)

Distribution in Turkey. Trabzon, Rize ( Háva et al. 1998).

Remarks. Widely distributed Transpalaearctic species, known from Europe to Japan (Růžička 2015). In central Europe, abundant in forested habitats (e.g., Růžička 1994). In Turkey, recorded from two provinces (Trabzon, Rize) of the Black Sea Region, located in the northeast of Turkey, dominated by humid climatic characteristics with high precipitation ( Fig. 40 View FIGURES 39–40 ). No recently collected specimens from Turkey were available.
