Key to the species of Andrena (Longandrena)

Females:

1. Process of the labrum trapezoidal, apically narrowed and deeply emarginated in the middle ( Fig. 108 View FIGURE 104–114 ), marginal part of labrum broadly rounded, laterally angulated ( Fig. 107 View FIGURE 104–114 ). Clypeus medially concave. Facial foveae broad, occupying 2/3 ocellocular distance ( Figs 99, 102 View FIGURE 96–103 ). Upper part of frons densely longitudinally striated. Galeal fringe with long setae ( Fig. 101 View FIGURE 96–103 ). Inner hind tibial spur strongly widened, its narrowed apical part curved almost at right angles ( Fig. 24 View FIGURE 22–31 ). 2 nd –5 th tarsal segments of all legs slightly narrowed basally ( Fig. 28 View FIGURE 22–31 ). Pygidial plate entirely smooth and flattened ( Fig. 112 View FIGURE 104–114 ).......... A. nativa Osytshnjuk. View in CoL

- Basal elevated part of labrum with broader apex ( Figs 15 View FIGURE 8–15 , 61 View FIGURE 57–64 ). Clypeus medially convex. Facial foveae narrower ( Figs 10, 11 View FIGURE 8–15 , 59 View FIGURE 57–64 ). Upper part of frons roughly shagreened without vertical striations ( Fig. 11 View FIGURE 8–15 ). Galeal fringe with more short setae ( Figs 16 View FIGURE 16–21 , 66 View FIGURE 65–73 ). Inner hind tibial spur narrower, its apical part less curved or almost straight ( Figs 22, 23 View FIGURE 22–31 ). 2 nd –5 th tarsal segments of all legs strongly narrowed basally ( Figs 25, 26 View FIGURE 22–31 ). Medial part of pygidial plate elevated ( Figs 30 View FIGURE 22–31 , 72 View FIGURE 65–73 )........................ 2.

2. Head frontally almost square, approximately equal to width or slightly longer than its width; facial foveae occupying slightly over 1/2 ocellocular distance ( Figs 10, 11 View FIGURE 8–15 ). Process of labrum large, its apex emarginate ( Fig. 15 View FIGURE 8–15 ). Glossa very long and narrow, 18 times longer than its width at base ( Fig. 17 View FIGURE 16–21 ). Mesoscutum medially and scutellum entirely polished, very sparsely punctured at margins and with almost impunctate central part ( Fig. 20 View FIGURE 16–21 ). Inner hind tibial spur neither bent nor broadened near base, its apical part almost straight ( Fig. 22 View FIGURE 22–31 ). Tarsal claws of all legs with long internal tooth ( Fig. 25 View FIGURE 22–31 ). Metasomal terga polished, shiny; T1–T4 with continuous apical hair bands, moderately narrowed medially ( Fig. 29 View FIGURE 22–31 ). Pygidial plate medially strongly convex, with coarse mesh-like ribbing, surrounded laterally by flat narrow marginal areas ( Fig. 30 View FIGURE 22–31 ). Body pubescence white........................................................................................ A. longiceps Morawitz. View in CoL

- Head frontally rounded and weakly wider than its length; facial foveae occupying 1/3 ocellocular distance ( Fig. 59 View FIGURE 57–64 ). Process of labrum basal area shorter, apically broad without emargination ( Fig. 61 View FIGURE 57–64 ). Glossa shorter and thicker, 7 times longer than its width at base ( Fig. 67 View FIGURE 65–73 ). Mesoscutum and scutellum entirely finely shagreened, sparsely punctured. Inner hind tibial spur slightly bent and broadened near base, its apical part curved ( Fig. 23 View FIGURE 22–31 ). Tarsal claws of all legs with reduced internal tooth ( Figs 26, 27 View FIGURE 22–31 ). Metasomal terga shagreened except polished apical part; T1–T4 with apical fasciae, interrupted on T1–T2 ( Fig. 71 View FIGURE 65–73 ). Pygidial plate medially elevated part flat narrow, triangular, with fine mesh-like ribbing, surrounded laterally by flat wide marginal areas ( Fig. 72 View FIGURE 65–73 ). Body pubescence pale-yellow.......................................... A. dolini Osytshnjuk. View in CoL
