Notes: Drude described Parnassia trinervis based on specimens collected by Hooker and Thompson from Tibet without the collection number. Hooker and Thompson collected many specimens from Tibet without collection numbers, and there are many specimens matched the collection information. The length of the scape of P. trinervis was described as 4 cm in the protologue, and only one sheet matched this description. Thus, we designated it as the lectotype. Five collections were given in the protologue of P. viridiflora , among which we found three sheets that agreed well with the description. Therefore, the best presented one is selected as the lectotype here.
