Habitus Fig. 6. Length 0.78 mm. Colour black/dark brown, antennae and legs dusky yellow. Antennomeres 3–11 0.31 mm long. Top of head with shallow sculpturation forming a +/- anteriorly pointed ridge Fig. 9. Width across eyes 0.31 mm. Pronotum without setae on the posterior angles 0.44 mm wide, 0.28 mm long. Elytra 0.57 mm long, 0.49 mm wide. Scutellum with a small raised disc and two circular depressions on the basal margin Fig. 25. Proventral keel between procoxae with a shallow medial depression and straight posterior margin Fig. 17. Hind margin of metaventrum with a short logitudinal line of setae (often abraided) Figs. 45–47 View FIGURES 37 – 49. 37. P .

Male: aedeagus Figs. 35 View FIGURES 33 – 36 a–b., ventrite VII Fig. 41 View FIGURES 37 – 49. 37. P .

Female: spermatheca pear-shaped Fig. 32.

Etymology. From the Latin inornatus meaning unadorned and referring to the absence of setae on the pronotal hind angles.

Diagnosis. This is a rather variable species which future research may split into two or three species. The absence of setae on the pronotal hind angles and the presence of the short medial ridge of setae on the male metaventral posterior margin distinguish it.
