Material examined: PD BB 2017: St. 30; St. 31.

Distribution: Atlantic Ocean, Uruguay-Argentina, from 35º to 56ºS on slope ( Riemann-Zurneck 1991).

Remarks: Epibenthic colonial siphonophorae with demersal habit were found.
