Diagnosis. Pleura yellowish ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 H); 2nd and 3rd abdominal tergites with brown, medially expanded posterior bands ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 N, 4O).
Description. Male and female: Frons yellow to yellowish brown. Pedicel mostly yellowish brown; first flagellomere yellowish. Palpus dark brown in male and female. Mesonotum yellow ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 G). Acrostichal setulae in ca. 12–14 irregular rows ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 G). Scutellum yellow, yellowish along margin ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 G). Halter white ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 H). Male terminalia: Epandrium with 10 setae near posterior margin and caudoventral corner per side ( Fig. 11 View FIGURE 11 A). Paramere with ca. 7 sensilla distally ( Fig. 11 View FIGURE 11 B). Aedeagus slender basally, with pubescence on distal 1/4 ( Fig. 11 View FIGURE 11 B).
Measurements. BL = 2.13–2.80 mm in 5♂, 2.33–3.20 mm in 5♀, ThL = 0.87–1.20 mm in ♂, 1.00– 1.27 mm in ♀, WL = 2.13–2.67 mm in ♂, 2.13–3.00 mm in ♀, WW = 0.87–1.00 mm in ♂, 0.87–1.20 mm in ♀, arb = 4–7/2, avd = 0.80–1.20, adf = 1.67–2.00, flw = 1.67–2.33, FW/HW = 0.32–0.42, ch/o = 0.05–0.07, prorb = 0.57–1.00, rcorb = 0.57–1.00, vb = 0.33–0.67, dcl = 0.25–0.47, presctl = 0.42–0.69, sctl = 0.91–1.64, sterno = 0.55–0.86, orbito = 2.00–2.50, dcp = 0.15–0.25, sctlp = 0.67–1.14, C = 2.40–2.76, 4c = 1.36–1.67, 4v = 2.27–3.20, 5x = 1.60– 1.80, ac = 2.00–2.43, M = 0.67–1.00, C3F = 0.64–0.75.
