Type material. Type ♀, India: Bihar, Pusa, Coll. G. R. Dutt, 12.v1909; India: West Bengal, Chapra, Coll. Mackensie, Date:?. (Type specimen missing) .
Diagnosis. Body length 8.5 mm; ovipositor sheath length 7 mm. Head finely trans-striate, temples smooth; vertex with two carinae; neck elongate, finely trans-striate, remainder smooth; mesonotum sub-glabrous, very diffusely punctate; metapleuron cribrate punctate; hind coxa trans-striate; hind femora tridentate ventrally, central tooth white; first metasomal tergite trans-striate, as long as remaining segments; ovipositor sheath longer than metasoma, with a subapical pale whitish band.
Male. Unknown.
Distribution. Oriental: India (Bihar, West Bengal).
Host. Unknown.
Note. The type of this species is missing, therefore, the above mentioned diagnosis is obtained from the original description.
