Description. Adult ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 − 5 ) with wingspan 11.5 mm.
Diagnosis. This species resembles G. liui sp. nov., under which the diagnostic characters are given.
Variations. A weakly sclerotized cestum is present in the corpus bursae of the female genitalia ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 22 − 23 ), which is absent in Diakonoff (1986).
Material examined. CHINA. Xinjiang: 2 ♂♂, 2 ♀♀, Mohe Town (43°12′N 82°45′E), Gongliu County, 1100 m, 8, 19.vi.1994, leg. Xincheng An, genitalia slide Nos. XYL04255♂, LTT12159♂, LTT12175♀, LTT12184♀.
Distribution. China (Xinjiang), Uzbekistan, Kyrghyzstan, Russia.
