Distr: BOL: Amazon basin: Murillo Prov: La Paz Dep: Zongo valley: close to Viscachani lagune ( Martínez-Ansemil & Giani 1986, p. 113).
Furth. Distr: North America (Coates et al. 2008), Europe ( Römbke & Hanagarth 1994, p. 11), and Siberia ( Christensen & Dózsa-Farkas 1999), including marine habitats (Coates & Healy 2008). Rem: Although this species seems to represent a ¨typically¨ terrestrial enchytraeid ( Römbke 2007, p. 162), they were indicated as found in a ¨small river¨ in Bolivia ( Martínez-Ansemil & Giani 1986) and have been indicated from marine habitats in North America (Coates & Healy 2008).

Distr: CHI: Patagonia: Talcahuano; Magellan Strait: Punta Arenas ( Ude 1896, p. 29). Furth. Distr: North America, Europe, Asia, New Zealand ( Gavrilov 1979, p. 108), including marine habitats (Coates & Healy 2008).
Rem: Marine species, with records from the supralittoral (Coates & Healy 2008).
