Purpusia Brandegee 1899

This genus, including a single species from Nevada, U.S.A., was described by Brandegee (1899). Later, it was incorporated as a variety under Ivesia arizonica ( Ertter, 1969) . Type: Purpusia saxosa Brandegee (basionym). Purpusia belongs to the Ivesioid clade.
