Antennal segments 16; third segment 1.2 times fourth segment, length of third and fourth segments 5.1, 5.0 times their width, respectively; thirdfifth antennal segments rather elongate ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 B); length maxillary palp 0.7 times height of head; head in dorsal view roundly contracted behind eyes; length of eyes 1.5 times temple in dorsal view; temple rounded posteriorly; OOL: OD: POL=23: 10: 30; vertex evenly convex, finely and transversely striaterugose; temple finely and longitudinally striate rugose in front view; frons concave, striaterugose around antennal sockets; face striaterugose ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 A); clypeus shiny, finely punctuate, apical margin truncate medially ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 A); length of malar space 1.6 times basal width of mandible.

Mesosoma. Length of mesosoma 1.4 times its height; pronotum finely reticulaterugose; mesoscutum evenly convex, reticulaterugose, more strongly and coarsely rugose posteromedially; scutellum punctuate medially, rugose laterally, more or less protruding above level of mesoscutum; scutellar suture comparatively deep with 4 carinae; mesopleuron coarsely reticulaterugose; propodeum coarsely reticulaterugose with transversal carina and 4 blunt tubercles.

Wings. Length of fore wing 2.5 times its width; length of radial cell along metacarp 0.8 times pterostigma; vein 1M comparatively close to vein C+SC+R; vein 2R1 just present; 3SR rather short; r: 3SR: SR1= 3: 1: 10; SR1 complete and straight; parastigma not swollen; 1CU1: 2CU1= 9: 4; vein CU1b present ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 C).

Metasoma. Length of metasoma 1.9 times its maximum width in dorsal view. Carapace oval in dorsal view, two third of it longitudinally striate, and reticulate by weaker and transversal rugae basally; Carapace with two somewhat strong dorsal carinae basally, widening gradually from its base and somewhat narrowing from its apical one third ( Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2 D, E).
