Type species: Coriella stolonata Kluge, 1946

The stem of the colony is represented by a bunch of several closely adjoined stolons. Sterile stolons can lie around fertile stolons of the stem. The stem branches as a result of divergence of stolons in a bunch. Colony attaches to a substratum by numerous sterile stolons.
