Setose patch large sheeted. Vinculum shorter than length of tegumen plus uncus, slightly protruded in basal 2/5 outward, sparse with setae; lateral lobe absent. Saccal region broad, with small emargination on anterior margin medially. Sicae with two pairs of lobes, symmetrical, with each pair bearing two different length of arms, fused basally, then divided in U-shape; outer arm about 2/5 the length of inner arm, gently incurvate, gradually narrowed to sharp apex, inner arm nearly straight, extended to middle of tegumen. Aedeagus shuttle-shaped, bluntly rounded basally, broadest at zone; a sclerotized, bar-shaped rod arising from half of aedeagus along dorsal margin; a needle-like process, about equal to length of dorsal one, sharply pointed apically, and with a short, semiovate lobe internally.

Female unknown.

Distribution. Vietnam (Ninh Binh).

Diagnosis. This species resembles Dichomeris zonata Li & Wang, 1997 , but it can be distinguished from the latter by having two pairs of sicae, wheras in D. zonata , the sicae are not furcate.

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin, - lanceus (= lances), referring to the sicae with hastate lobes.
