Distribution. British Islands, Central and South Europe, Malta, Scandinavian and Baltic countries, Ukraine, European Russia, North Africa, Asian Turkey, Iran, China ( Knížek 2011b; Alonso-Zarazaga et al. 2017, 2023); reported by Nikitsky & Izhevsky (2005) from Caucasus and Transcaucasia without country data. Armenia: as H. fraxini ( Panzer, 1799) reported by S. Mirzoian (1954) from Lori (Vanadzor), Tavush (Dilijan, Ijevan), Gegharkunik (Chambarak, Martuni) and Syunik (Goris, Kapan, Meghri) Provinces and from Yerevan and by Iablokoff-Khnzorian (1976) and S. Mirzoian (1977) as distributed in all territories where ash occurs.
