Diagnosis. Female. Body length 8.0 mm. This species can be distinguished from other similar species of the P. flavipes group by the following characters: mesopleuron, tegula, median and lateral mesoscutal lobe entirely black, without white; inner and hind orbit black, lower part white; hind coxa, trochanter, basal 1/10 of femur, apical 1/3 of tarsomere 1, tarsomeres 2–4 and tarsomere 5 except extreme apex white, femur except basal 1/10 and tibia except extreme apex reddish-brown, outer side of coxa with a narrow black stripe, inner side of femur with black spot on apex; punctures on mesepisternum extremely small, shallow and indistinct, on dorsal part of head small and dense; front wing with middle petiole of anal cell slightly shorter than length of basal anal cell, twice the length of vein R+M.

Male. Unknown.

Variation. Body length of female 7.5–8.5 mm.
