Distribution: India: Himachal Pradesh (Kangra). Elsewhere : China ( Li & Zheng 1996), Japan (Moriuti 1982), Korea (Park 1994), Mongolia, and Russia (Ponomarenko 1997).

Hosts: Lespedeza cyrtobotrya ( Fabaceae ); Quercus sp. , Q. incana ( Fagaceae ) (Ponomarenko 1997; Robinson et al. 2023).
