Notes.—Once classified as a subspecies of C. farinesii View in CoL by Gittenberger (1973), C. arigonis View in CoL is now generally accepted as a species. It occurs sympatrically with other Chondrina species , i.e. C. gasulli View in CoL , C. cf. arigonoides View in CoL spec. nov. (see notes with C. arigonoides View in CoL ) and C. pseudavenacea View in CoL spec. nov., but nowhere with C. farinesii View in CoL .
