Host. Fagaceae ( Quercus spp.).
Distribution. China (Yunnan Prov. and Taiwan Island).
Remark. Identification of the species is based on primary description, holotype was not examined. Similar to M. irenae Viraktamath, 1981 , but differs from it by larger body size and the shape of pygofer processes (Fig. 109). In M. meifengensis pygofer process with numerous (8–10) regular denticles and abruptly narrowing beaklike tips; in M. irenae pygofer process have 2–5 irregular denticles and wider tips.
