Sections- Pogonotrophe and Oreosycea

In F. pumila View in CoL (section- Pogonotrophe ) and F. callosa View in CoL (section- Oreosycea), cystoliths are present on the abaxial side and sculpture pattern is colliculate. The latter is not observed in other sections studied. Among them they differ in their shape and size, spherical in the former and ovoid in the latter. The presence of lithocyst with cystolith on the abaxial layer and spherical shape in F. pumila View in CoL as observed in the present study are also reported in F. pumila var. awkeotsang View in CoL by Kuo-Huang et al. (2002). However, the presence of lithocysts with cystoliths in both the surfaces as observed by Klimko & Truchan (2006) in F. pumila View in CoL could not be confirmed ( Figure 3A View FIGURE 3 ).
