This widespread, but rarely seen eucnemid species was previously recorded from Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin ( Muona 2000; Otto and Karns 2017).
