Diagnosis. The group can be recognized by the combination of the following characters:
1. Forewings with Ms1a curving near its middle towards Ms1b forming a spindle-shaped cell (e.g. Fig. 158f).
2. Crossvein between Ms1a and Ms1b short or absent.
3. Dark marks around M-Ms4 fork and apical R-fork.
4. Distal dorsal process of male genital style elongated and well separated from proximal dorsal process. Distribution. Species of this group are found in the Pacific Islands and in Maluku ( Indonesia).
