Diagnosis. The species of this group can be recognized by the combination of the following characters:
1. Forewing with a series of prominent black marks along the apical crossveins between Ms1b and Ms3. The crossveins and vein sections adjacent to these marks forming a line parallel to the longitudinal axis of the wing.
2. Forewing with Ms1 branching either at tip of basal median cell or the section of Ms1b which is part of the basal median cell is shorter than the basal cross-vein between Cu1 and Ms1b.
3. Male pygofer with lateral projections poorly developed.
Distribution. Species of this group are found in Taiwan.
