Diagnosis. The species is easily distinguished from its allies by the shortly developed 3rd segment of the labial palpus of the male, while it is atrophied in most known species, and the second segment with an additional, upturned scale tuft arising from the base of the inner surface. Distribution. Laos (first record), Cambodia.
