Remarks. This is the first record of this species from Pakistan. Macroglossum belis is found from northern Pakistan, east and south throughout India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam, to the southern coast of China, Taiwan and the Ryukyu Archipelago of Japan ( Pittaway & Kitching, 2013).
