ciliaris group

The decumbent, 28 elytral setae begin to change direction at the middle of the elytral disc, obliquely directed towards the epipleural margin. Anterior to this ‘‘incipient’’ setal aggregation, the 28 setae are directed towards the front; towards the back behind the aggre­ gate. The members of this species group have been found only in southern Mexico.
