Syntypes: LPC. THAILAND, Yala, south of Thailand, near the village of Ban Na Tham , 17 specimens were caught in the cave of Tham Sam Pao To (coll. P. Leclerc, 12.JUL.87), of which 3 F and 2 M were dissected and assembled in Canada balsam. In the nearby caves of Tham Meud and Tham Sua 17 and 38 specimens were harvested, respectively (coll. P. Leclerc, 11.JUL.87) .
Distribution: Yala ( Thailand).
Etymology: Dedicated to D. Alger who discovered the first specimens in the cave of Tham Meud.
