Description. Head, pronotum and scutellum dark brown, with any dark green luster. Median length of vertex about as long as half width between eyes, shorter than scutellum ( Fig. 25 View FIGURES 25 – 36. 25 ). Face black ( Fig. 28 View FIGURES 25 – 36. 25 ).
Male genitalia: Paramere long, anterior portion shorter than caudal portion, caudal portion somewhat robust, apex strongly recurved medioventrally, with some macrosetae near the recurved area ( Figs 1, 2 View FIGURES 1 – 12 ). Connective Tshaped with dorsomedial keel ( Figs 1, 2 View FIGURES 1 – 12 ). Aedeagus shaft compressed, with two flat pellucid ventral processes arising from basal area, dorsal margin serrate ( Figs 1, 2 View FIGURES 1 – 12 ). Pygofer side rounded, with long posterior process from ventral margin ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1 – 12 ).

Measurement. Length (including tegmen): 3, 6.6 mm.
Hosts. Unknown.
Type Material. Holotype 3, CHINA: Guizhou, Zunyi, Suiyang, Kuankuoshui, 2–5 June 2010, coll. Zhang Bin.
Remarks. This species is similar to Midoria funebris (Jacobi) , but can be distinguished by the shape of the male pygofer side, the shape of the aedeagal shaft in side view and the shape of the aedeagal ventrosubapical processes ( Figs 1, 2, 3 View FIGURES 1 – 12 ).
Etymology. The species name refers to the serrate dorsal margin of the aedeagus.
