Diagnosis. The new species is only reminiscent of Rotundagalope immaculata comb. n. and the differences between them have been mentioned above in the diagnosis of these two monotypic genera.
Etymology. The specific epithet “sinica” refers to the country China where this species is known from. A noun in the genitive case.
