Type host. Corythomantis greeningi ( Hylidae : Lophyohylinae )

Type locality. Ecological Station of Aiuaba , Aiuaba municipality, Ceará State, Northeastern Brazil (6.000°S, 39.999°W) .

Site of infection. Large intestine
