The drawings of the supposed N. carpathica given by Zwick (1971) correspond to N. subtilis ( Zwick 1975) and they probably have resulted in the following misidentifications by Kazancı (2008, 2009a, 2009b). According to Zwick (1975), N. carpathica should be considered as a Carpathian endemic species. We exclude this species from the Turkich fauna.
