Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 2.2–2.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except tarsi testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:5:5.5:6:6:6:5.5:6.5:5.5:8. Head dull, completely reticulate rugose and granulate; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; head of holotype with POL = 5; OL = 2.5; OOL = 6; OPL = 3; TL = 5. Mesoscutum completely granulate and with numerous irregular keels. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of lateral ocelli (4:2). Mesoscutellum shiny, with anterior third unsculptured and posterior surface granulate and with irregular keels. Metanotum shiny, slightly granulate. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity with two longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein shorter than proximal part (7:10). Genitalia in Fig. 115D View FIGURE 115 . Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
