Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.5–5.0 mm. Head ferruginous, except one elongate brown spot on ocellar region and partly on frons (in specimen from Congo, 01°56’49.49’’N 30°02’19.58’’E, elongate spot on ocellar triangle and along frontal line); ventral side of head ferruginous, with brown spot (in specimen from Congo, 01°56’49.49’’N 30°02’19.58’’E, ventral side completely ferruginous); antenna testaceous; propleuron black, with dorsal reddish spot; pronotum ferruginous; rest of mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except meso- and metacoxa partly brown. Head ( Fig. 121A View FIGURE 121 ) excavated, dull, granulate, with temple very prominent and posterior margin of vertex excavated; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; TL about 3 × as long as POL; OL slightly longer than POL; lateral ocelli touching occipital carina in holotype, almost touching in specimen from Congo, 01°56’49.49’’N 30°02’19.58’’E). Pronotum dull, granulate; pronotum crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; anterior collar slight; posterior collar distinct; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, with some areolae near posterior margin. Notauli incomplete, approximately reaching 0.75 × length of mesoscutum (in specimen from Congo, 01°56’49.49’’N 30°02’19.58’’E, notauli almost reaching posterior margin of mesoscutum). Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with three brown transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part (17:4). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 20:4:6:19:30. Protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 121B View FIGURE 121 ) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of 14 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 121B View FIGURE 121 ) with two rows of 24–30 lamellae; apex with approximately 10–20 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
