Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 1.9–3.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testa- ceous-brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except articulations, tarsi and protibia testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 12:5.5:7:7:7:7:6:6:5.5:8; antennomere 8 less than twice as long as broad (6:3.5); antennomere 6 less than twice as long as broad (7:4). In specimen from Republic of the Congo, Lésio-Louna Reserve, antennomere 6 less than twice as long as broad (8:5). Head convex, dull, covered with short setae, completely reticulate rugose; clypeus reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 3; OOL = 8; OPL = 5; TL = 5. In specimen from Republic of the Congo, Lésio-Louna Reserve, POL = 8; OL = 3. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, completely reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Mesopleuron dull, reticulate rugose. Metapleuron dull, sculptured by numerous strong transverse keels. Metapectalpropodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with two complete irregular longitudinal keels, median area almost completely shiny, unsculptured, rugose only near margins, and lateral areas completely reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein slightly shorter than proximal part (10:11); 2R1 cell open. Genitalia in Fig. 109D View FIGURE 109 . Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Other material: REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO: Pool Department, Abio, Lésio-Louna Reserve, 03°06.020’S 15°31.440’E, 330 m, MT, 21–28.X.2008, Sharkey & Braet leg., 1♂ ( MOLC).
