Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 5.0– 5.2 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus testaceous; antenna testaceous; propleuron black; pronotum black, except margins and posterior collar reddish; rest of mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except coxae and clubs of femora brown; occasionally tibiae brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 9:4:25:13:9:5.5:5:5:4.5:6. Head dull, granulate; occipital carina complete; lateral ocelli touching occipital carina; holotype with POL = OL; in specimen from Madagascar, 16°22.36’S 45°19.36’E, POL = 4; OL = 3; OOL = 7; OPL = 0; TL = 3; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Pronotum dull, granulate, crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; posterior collar short; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, granulate. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum dull, granulate. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein about twice as long as proximal part; in specimen from Madagascar, 16°22.36’S 45°19.36’E, 2r-rs&Rs vein with distal part less than twice as long as proximal part (9:6). Holotype with protarsomere 1 longer than 4 (17:10); protarsomere 3 produced into hook. In specimen from Madagascar, 16°22.36’S 45°19.36’E, Protarsomeres in following proportions: 18:3:6:10:18. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 144E View FIGURE 144 ) with two small subdistal teeth and one row of five lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 144E View FIGURE 144 ) with two rows of approximately 15–17 lamellae; apex with approximately 9–19 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
