Description. ♀ ( Fig. 129B View FIGURE 129 ). Fully winged; body length 6.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; clypeus black, with lateral and anterior margins testaceous; antenna brown, except antennomeres 9–10 whitish; mesosoma black, with lateral margins of pronotum testaceous; metasoma black; legs brown, except inner side of protibia and femora testaceous-darkened and with protrochanter and procoxa partly testaceous and whitish. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 13:7:39:17:15:13:12:10:9:12.5; ADOs present on antennomeres 5–10. Head flat, dull, granulate; anterior third of frons slightly rugose; ocellar triangle slightly rugose among ocelli; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 3.5; OL = 3.5; OOL = 10; OPL = 2; TL = 2.5. Pronotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured, humped, crossed by weak anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; anterior collar long; posterior collar very short; posterior transverse furrow of pronotum crossed by short longitudinal keels; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum dull, granulate, with areas near posterior margin reticulate rugose, lateral regions more strongly granulate and median region slightly granulate. Notauli almost complete and approximately reaching posterior margin of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, slightly granulate. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel, slightly longer than propodeal declivity (13:10); propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with two very broad dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (23:11). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 26:4:10:25:39. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 132B View FIGURE 132 ) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of 17 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 132B View FIGURE 132 ) with two rows of approximately 42 lamellae; apex with at least 13 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
