Description. ♂ ( Fig. 85E View FIGURE 85 ). Fully winged; body length 2.0– 2.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; an- tenna testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except articulations, tarsi, tibiae and trochanters testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 9:4:8:6:5.5:6:5:5:5:8; antennomere 6 about twice as long as broad (6:3); antennomere 8 less than 3 × as long as broad (5:2.5). Head convex, dull, reticulate rugose; frontal line absent; occipital carina complete; POL = 7; OL = 4; OOL = 5; OPL = 7.5; TL = 4; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Mesoscutum shiny, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.6 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Mesopleuron shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapleuron shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc without strong transverse posterior keel (however, under good light a hardly visible transverse keel is visible); metapectal-propodeal disc very short, dull, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity dull, with two complete irregular longitudinal keels, with median and lateral areas completely reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein slightly shorter than proximal part (12:13); 2R1 cell open. Paramere much shorter than penis in holotype, slightly shorter in paratype, with two inner branches, one of them long and narrow, the second one shorter (second shorter branch hardly visible in holotype) ( Figs 87C, D View FIGURE 87 ; fig. 8 in Olmi 2010b wrong). Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Types: ♂ holotype: MADAGASCAR: Mahajanga, Namoroka National Park , 9.8 km 300° WNW Vilanandro, 16°28.00’S 45°21.00’E, 140 m, 4–8.XI.2002, MT, tropical dry forest, Fisher, Griswold et al. leg., BLF 6445 ( CAS). Paratype: same locality label as holotype GoogleMaps , 1♂ ( CAS).
