Material Examined. Otago. TAN1108/67, NIWA 74444 (6).

Diagnosis. Disc scaled dorsally, naked skin ventrally except for a row of genital scales, and fringe of scales at ventral disc margin. Single tentacle scale, 10–12 arm spines almost meeting at dorsal midline, flattened, ventralmost and middle spines hooked or serrate at tip.

Distribution. New Zealand (26–117 m).
