Isotypus: UNITED KINGDOM. Wales, Coed Dolgarrog National Nature Reserve, in wood of Fagus sylvatica , 8 Sep 1993, leg. M. Härkönen, DWM 4884 [one box, K-M001435045], ( Fig. 6B ).

Notes. The box is without the original herbarium number, but it coincides with all the holotype data. It also has handwritten “ Holotype of B. Ing” (see Fig. 6B ) so there is no doubt as to its identity. The holotype is in collection of B. Ing 92077.
