Paratypus: USA. Ohio, Greene Co., John Boyan State Park, near swimming pool, on bark of live Red Cedar, 18 Aug 1976, leg. H.W. Keller 1944, DWM 2609, [two boxes, K-M001435079] ( Fig. 5L View FIGURE 5 ).
Paratypus: USA. Iowa, Johnson Co., Apple bark, 6 Aug 1972, H.W. Keller 1010, DWM 2445 [one slide, K-M001435078], ( Fig. 5M View FIGURE 5 ).
Notes. There are two paratypes of this species in the Mitchell collection, since are material mentioned in the original publication by Keller & Brooks (1977: 681). The holotype is in BPI 826487, and also a paratype BPI 826493 from specimen H.W. Keller 1944 and these other paratypes BPI 826487, BPI 826488, BPI 826495, BPI 826496. In box DWM 2609 only the name of the species and the collection number are marked, but in the notebook the rest of the information is noted.
