Holotypus: UNITED KINGDOM. England, East Sussex, Lye Green, 14TQ509343, on bark of living Sambucus nigra in moist chamber, 9 Feb 1999, leg. D.W. Mitchell, DWM 5640 [1 slide, K-M001435085], ( Fig. 5H ).

Notes. Mitchell kept this slide in his own collection as is stated in the description of the species ( Mitchell & McHugh 2001: 105). Isotypes were sent to K [K-M000082124] ( Fig. 5I ) and BPI 749106.
