Notes. Mitchell conserved a slide of the holotype (Y. Yamamoto 2726), sent by the Science Museum of Tokyo, according to a handwritten note in the notebook. An isotype of this is in the collection of Nannenga-Bremekamp (no. 14668), currently in BR5020067531199.
