Isotypus: USA. West Virginia, Marion Co., Mill Fall Run, on Vitis sp. bark in moist chamber, 5 Nov 1982, S.L. Stephenson 1344, DWM 4237 [one slide, K-M001435109], ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ).
Notes. The slide is definitely made from the material mentioned by Stephenson & Nannenga-Bremekamp (1990) as the holotype. This holotype is currently preserved in BPI (1107481) [barcode BPI 830893]. A second isotype is in the Nannenga-Bremekamp collection (no. 16129) at BR (BR5020070185549).
