Notes. In Mitchell’s collection there is a slide “KDW 496” (DWM 3649, K-M001435038) ( Fig. 4C ), labelled paratype by him and also listed in his notebook. However, as it is not mentioned by Whitney (1980: 963), we question whether it is in fact a paratype. The holotype is in BPI 819046.
