Paratypus: USA. Arizona, Coconino Co., on Vitis sp. in moist chamber, 22 Feb 1976, leg. H.W. Keller 1844, DWM 2448 [one slide, KM001435040], ( Fig. 4A View FIGURE 4 ).
Notes. This is a slide of one of the paratypes that Keller & Brooks (1977: 1214‒1215) mentioned when they described the new species. The holotype is in BPI 819044.
