Paratypus: USA. California, Lassen Co., Eagle Lake Field Station, on bark of Juniperus occidentalis in moist chamber, 23 May 1977, K.D. Whitney 425, DWM 3648 [one slide, K-M001435048], ( Fig. 3M View FIGURE 3 ).
Notes. There are two boxes in BPI (BPI 819019, BPI 819026) labelled holotype. There is also an isotype in NY 00834471. The sample in the Mitchell collection is cited among the “collections examined” in the original publication of the species by Whitney (1980: 954).
