Distribution in Mexico: ―It has been reported from Baja California, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Durango, Nuevo León, Oaxaca, Puebla, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Sonora, Tamaulipas and Zacatecas (Hernández-Ledesma 2018). In Sonora it is distributed in Chihuahuan Desert and Sonoran biogeographic provinces ( Fig. 4C View FIGURE 4 ), and has been collected in Altar, Cananea and Nogales municipalities, in desert grassland and Pine-Oak forest, at 100–2400 m a.s.l.
