Habitats. Subtropical tidal reefs and rocky reefs.
Occurrences. Zavora and Paindane.
Geographic distribution. Indo-west Pacific. Japan (Gosliner et al. 2008), New Caledonia, Australia ( Rudman 1990), Réunion ( Bidgrain 2006a), Madagascar ( Rassat, 2016a), Mayotte ( Schubert 2010) and Mozambique.
